Candidates should have a minimum of $500K+ in portable business. This has a strong possibility of being promoted into a Partner position. Candidates should have substantial experience with technology and patent landscaping, drafting and prosecution of patent, copyright and trademark applications, drafting and negotiating brand name licenses, software and non-disclosure agreements; recovering domain names from cybersquatters; and stopping misappropriation of their works. Experience representing clients in litigation required. The Intellectual Property practice group is focused on securing, protecting and enforcing domestic and international patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, enforcement, licensing and e-commerce. The firm has experience in a wide array of technological areas, including artificial intelligence, Blockchain and cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, IoT devices and embedded systems, Biotechnology, material sciences, FinTech, consumer goods, athletic and sports equipment, 3D-printing and fabrication, and more.
