Conduct workplace investigations and handle Title IX-related matters. Lead workplace training sessions on relevant legal issues. Provide mediation services for both legal and non-legal workplace conflicts. Prepare detailed reports and legal documentation. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in employment law. Licensed to practice law in California. Experience in workplace investigations and providing employment law counsel. High emotional intelligence and a positive, proactive attitude. Strong writing and report preparation skills. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills: Expertise in employment and labor law. Proficiency in conducting workplace investigations. Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
