We have 6 different locations and have been growing significantly for the past 30 years. Because of our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our Wastewater Division. We have over $250M in preconstruction for Wastewater Treatment Plants throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. Responsibilities Project Management : Lead and manage all phases of wastewater treatment projects from inception through completion. Planning and Scheduling : Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives. Coordination : Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Safety : Promote a culture of safety and ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards and regulations. Reporting : Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments, for senior management and clients. Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Problem Solving : Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus. Experience : At least 5 years of recent project management experience in ground up, wastewater treatment or related infrastructure projects. Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of wastewater treatment processes, construction methods, and industry standards. Attributes : Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
