Sr Systems Engineer - IL5

Your Role: Tenable is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on running an isolated environment within AWS. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS architecture, AWS Directory Service for Microsoft Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, Networking and Troubleshooting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your Opportunity: Establish processes and procedures for a new, highly regulated environment. Work with stakeholders from across the organization to deliver customer value in this new environment. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all team members and all business units. Establish the groundwork for a growing business opportunity with room for growth. What You'll Need: Secret or Top Secret Clearance (Active). Minimum 5 years experience in systems engineering or a related field. Strong experience with Identity and Access Management. Strong and demonstrable experience in AWS and with Active Directory. Experience with networking fundamentals and protocols. Excellent troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a highly controlled and sensitive environment. Must have strong communication and teamwork skills. A desire to learn continuously, and a strong interest in cybersecurity best practices. May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time. Ideally: Experience in regulated environments with audits and compliance requirements. Experience with other identity management systems such as Okta is a plus. Experience with Terraform is a plus.
