We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs. CrossFit Trainer Hours: 40 hours a week - Flexible Hours with some evenings and weekends Locations: All Straight & Narrow Program Locations (Paramus, Passaic, Secaucus, Paterson) Hourly Rate: (non-exempt) Job Summary: A CrossFit Trainer is responsible for leading fitness classes, guiding members through CrossFit-style workouts, and providing individualized coaching to help them achieve their fitness goals. Qualifications: CrossFit Level 1 Certification (or higher) required. Experience in coaching or training in a CrossFit or similar functional fitness environment. Strong understanding of fitness principles, exercise science, and injury prevention techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with individuals of diverse fitness levels. Enthusiastic, motivational, and professional demeanor. For full time positions, we offer medical, vision, dental, life and supplemental life insurance.
