Infrastructure Support Specialist

The Infrastructure Support Specialist will manage and support local IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, operating systems, video conferencing, network troubleshooting, and printing services to ensure smooth internal operations. Job Responsibilities: Provide incident and request resolution for infrastructure services, including moves, adds, and changes for end-users. Offer technical support for hardware, software, and OS upgrades on PCs and mobile devices. Track and report on service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics. Support collaboration technologies, including video conferencing, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and Smart displays (e.g., Surface Hubs). Manage and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Network issues. Provide support for Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, print, and file services, including Follow Me Print. Maintain local assets and configuration items in ServiceNow. Assist with special projects and travel to job sites for short-term project support. Provide proactive support for executives and VIPs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or 7+ years of relevant IT experience. 1+ year of experience in end-user IT support, including hardware setup, software, video conferencing, and OS support. 1+ year of experience with incident/request management tools, such as ServiceNow. 1+ year of experience supporting executives and VIPs. Additional Information: Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software incidents. Effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with networking technologies and principles. Comfortable to support off-site meetings and conferences. Must be comfortable to lift 50 lbs. A+ certification preferred.
