Overview Next150 Construction, a fully-owned subsidiary of Gilbane, is seeking a Site Services Planner . The Site Services Planner is responsible for the coordination and delivery of rental equipment and site services to Gilbane Building Company projects. Responsibilities Asset tracking and management Transportation and logistics Sourcing, procurement and rental coordination of equipment and services Contract management Maintenance, repair, and warranty management Coordination of safety training and certification Qualifications EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field 3-5 years of related business experience Asset management experience Knowledge of or experience with common construction jobsite equipment Equipment rental experience preferred Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail Knowledge of eProcurement and asset management solutions preferred Compensation For Providence, RU this ranges from $75,000.00-$100,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program. For Boston, MA this ranges from $83,000.00-$110,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
