Base pay range $350,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Job Title: Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Location: New York/Remote Reports to: CEO & Board of Directors Job Type: Full-Time Overview The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be accountable for driving significant growth across our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) businesses. A key member of the executive board, the CGO will develop and implement the strategies needed to expand market share, create new revenue streams, and drive operational excellence. This role demands a visionary leader who can execute bold initiatives, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes across RPO and MSP markets. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the company's growth strategy for RPO and MSP, aligning with the broader business vision. Uncover new market opportunities and drive expansion into high-growth areas. Leverage both organic and inorganic strategies to accelerate revenue generation and market share. Lead initiatives to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and penetration of key markets. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that unlock growth potential. Work closely with sales leadership to ensure a robust pipeline and scalable sales process. Build and nurture high-level relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Lead retention efforts to ensure high client satisfaction and service continuity. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure exceptional service and client success. Champion innovation within the RPO and MSP services, bringing new solutions to market that meet evolving client needs. Work with product and technology teams to drive the development of new capabilities and service offerings. Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company is at the cutting edge of recruitment and managed services solutions. Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies. Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless execution of growth initiatives. Build a high-performance culture that embraces innovation, accountability, and results. Set clear KPIs and track performance across all growth initiatives. Regularly report on growth achievements, market insights, and future opportunities to the CEO and Board. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure constant improvement. What You'll Bring Experience Proven track record in growth and leadership within the RPO, MSP, or talent solutions industries (10+ years). Minimum 5 years in a senior management role, driving revenue and market expansion. Deep understanding of the RPO and MSP business models, focusing on scalable growth. Skills Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to business growth. Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in sales strategy, financials, and market dynamics. Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire high-performance teams.
