Coda is representing a large, global Private Equity firm in a search for a Talent Management Associate. This role operates within a Generalist capacity, but will collaborate closely with business partners and leadership to focus on talent management. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate performance reviews, comp reviews, and promos alongside the business partners. Work with HRIS professionals on analyzing datasets with employee info, such as comp, title, education, performance, etc. Manage employee pipeline in HRIS from onboarding to termination Work on budgeting, event planning, speaker series, and promotion of company Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategy Work on projects involving new hire onboarding and training, learning and development opportunities, employee engagements, and leadership training Research employee engagement trends and gather competitive intelligence Requirements: 4-5 years in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or Talent focused position Experience in Financial Services required, experience in Alt Asset Management a plus Experience with Workday a plus Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Financial Services, Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals, and Investment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
