Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team as the third member of the company. This role is pivotal in building the next generation of tools for residential specialty contractors. As an early team member, you'll work closely with the co-founders to shape the product, define technical direction, and build scalable solutions to meet the needs of our growing customer base. What You'll Do: Collaborate with co-founders and stakeholders to architect and implement features across the stack. Develop and maintain back-end systems with a strong focus on Python. Apply the latest advances in AI to revolutionize residential construction workflows. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Scaffold's platform. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers as the team grows. Build integrations with third-party services and APIs to expand product capabilities. Help define and improve engineering processes and culture in a high-growth startup environment.
