Job Title: Senior Engineer at Trihydro Corporation Location: Remote (FL) Job Summary:The Senior Engineer role is a key position within Trihydro's Industrial, Commercial, and Energy Services Unit. You will play an essential role in delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions for private industrial and commercial clients, transit authorities, and municipalities. This full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management, senior technical evaluation and review, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Perform and review design calculations. Prepare engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical memorandums, reports, and permit applications. Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed. Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Support client stewardship and business development activities. Qualifications: 12+ years of relevant engineering experience including remediation design and implementation for both in-situ (i.e., bioremediation, chemical oxidation, chemical reduction) and ex-situ systems (i.e., GAC, ion exchange, air stripping), civil engineer design and planning, solid waste, permitting, construction management, and project management. Licensed professional engineer (P.E.) Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, as well as a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with project team members. Proficient time management and organizational skills. Open to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices nationwide. Ability to maintain existing client relationships, as well as develop new client relationships.
