A week in the life of a Senior Enhanced Security Specialist: Independently perform security and administrative management of assigned SCI and SAP. Consider all aspects of security, including personnel security, physical security, operations security, communications security, and associated oversight. Support quality reviews of security work products, track project progress, and assist in planning of project resources and schedules. Coordinate with external teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and security, to ensure compliance with TEMPEST requirements. Job Requirements 7+ years of relevant DoD/IC program security management experience. Must have active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Extensive knowledge of SAP/SCI standards, policy processes, and U.S. Government practices and other security laws and regulations. Experience implementing ICD 705 standards for SAP/SCI facilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills. Sound understanding of theories and practices within risk mitigation and the continually changing security environment. Ability to implement strong security strategies with practices designed to successfully address evolving SAP/SCI security requirements. Demonstrate the ability for advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations.
