Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Job Category : Accounting Requisition Number : DIREC006423 Posted : January 14, 2025 Employment Type : Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Description Manage the Bank's annual budgeting process to generate and maintain budget and various pro forma financial statements, incorporating strategic plan and initiatives as needed. Manage and maintain documentation as it relates to business assumptions for budget and projections. Own processes to monitor progress against goals, budget, and scorecards to ensure a clear understanding of factors influencing the bank's financial position and key metrics, including reporting of variance analyses and creation of board and executive level presentations in a timely and accurate manner. Help build, enhance, and maintain FP&A related systems and databases. Drive implementation of new processes and technology, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Take on a wide variety of analytical and planning tasks as required to help enhance overall bank performance. Prepare presentation decks for CFO, executives, and board in an articulate and concise manner. Manage and develop junior members of the team, including participating in new hires for the team. Comply with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act-Anti Money Laundering, OFAC, US Patriot Act, Privacy Act and Community Reinvestment Act. Job Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Education Level: Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Applied Math, Computer Science, or other related fields. Minimum Years of Experience: 5.
