In this position, you will be a leader within your marketplace. You'll lead your managers and their respective teams, teaching managerial duties as well as reinforcing and implementing our core structure. We are not searching for someone to reinvent the wheel; our processes are air-tight and solidified (of course, we would welcome any fresh ideas). We are simply searching for someone who can learn our structure and teach our structure while leading and growing individuals within our work environment. You will have a multitude of support from executives and your existing team of managers.
