Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Outstanding role for a Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager! Base $145K - $175K DOE plus bonus and equity! You will oversee the Income Tax provision function for a rapidly growing financial services firm. You will join a highly regarded and stable tax department reporting to the Head of Tax and the Senior Director of Tax. Responsibilities: Ensure ongoing, high-quality tax provision work. Oversee services from both external tax firms and various outsourced functions. Lead projects and efforts to enhance tax planning, compliance, and transparency of tax information. Manage internal tax employees and external vendor employees. The client has an excellent, collaborative culture and friendly atmosphere. The teamwork sets it apart. This is a great role for a Manager or Senior Manager transitioning out of public accounting. Likewise, successful and driven candidates from corporate tax departments are equally encouraged. You will average 45 hours a week with small spikes the first week of any quarter. This is a highly balanced employer. You will work on a liberal hybrid model.
