Role: Oracle Fusion ERP Admin Duration: 6 month contract to hire Client Location: Irvine, CA Work Authorization: US Citizen (working on government projects) Job Description Must have experience in Oracle Fusion. 5+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion ERP environments. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its management. Proven experience in setting-up and managing security roles and authorizations in Oracle Fusion ERP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. This role will be a pivotal part of the implementation and ongoing success of the ERP application and related integrations. We are seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator with a techno-functional skillset to join our Arsenal team. Responsibilities include administering Oracle Fusion ERP environments, managing the OCI console, configuring roles and authorizations across multiple global teams, and ensuring the maximum return on investment for our Oracle applications. Key Responsibilities: Administration and Maintenance: Administer Oracle Fusion ERP environments, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Manage the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) console, including resource provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance. Conduct regular system health checks, apply patches, and perform upgrades. Security and Compliance: Set up and manage security roles and authorizations within Oracle Fusion ERP. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and export control regulations. Monitor and audit system access and usage to maintain data integrity and security. Technical Expertise and Support: Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom applications and integrations. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate system changes and updates to relevant teams. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on objectives and deliverables. Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and performance. Identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality system performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion ERP environments. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its management. Proven experience in setting up and managing security roles and authorizations in Oracle Fusion ERP. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data. Ability to work in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25%. Nice to Have: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) in Oracle Fusion Applications or OCI. Experience with cloud development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Previous experience in a manufacturing-focused ERP environment with robust WMS/MES modules.
