Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Human Resource and Benefits modules. Run and develop ad-hoc queries for data requests and problem resolution. Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with campus constituents to translate functional business requirements into design criteria. Participate in yearly releases and upgrades, ensuring alignment with business outcomes. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years' experience in a business office or international systems setting. Proven experience in supporting PeopleSoft human resource applications.
