The Role : Senior Email Growth Marketing Manager In this individual contributor role, you'll own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across our marketplaces, impacting every stage of the marketing funnel. From driving awareness and acquisition to optimizing engagement and retention, you'll lead data-driven campaigns that maximize ROI and enhance customer experiences. Collaborating across teams, you'll champion a customer-centric approach while driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth and customer lifetime value. Expertise in email and SMS scaling (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sailthru, Marketo). Skilled in A/B testing and optimizing growth tactics through data analysis. Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret large datasets. Exceptional copywriting and detail orientation for impactful campaigns.
