Job Responsibilities: Manage the administrative operations of a school, medium to large academic department, or several small departments within a college or non-academic department. Oversee functions including IT, facilities, student services, contracts and grants, budgetary financial management, and human resources. Manage a professional staff and assume accountability for decisions made by subordinates. Perform long and short term planning for the function. Ensure operational effectiveness, including financial management, academic faculty and staff personnel administration, clinical operations, funds flow and wRVU management, research administration, TI services, and space and facilities management. Implement and carry out institutional policies & procedures, and best practices related to compliance and internal controls. About the Division: The Division of Gastroenterology at UCS Health is a large subspecialty division in the Department of Medicine, including patient care, teaching, and research at various affiliated campus sites. The division has a total of 180 personnel, including faculty, fellows, administrative support staff, research personnel, and volunteer clinical professors. Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $105,900 - $206,300 (Annual Rate). Placement within the salary range is dependent on factors including work experience and internal equity.
