The Role: Corporate Transactions Attorney | Boston, MA We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Transactions Attorney to join the firm's highly regarded Boston-based corporate M&A practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-profile private equity and M&A transactions, collaborating with a talented team of attorneys to deliver exceptional legal solutions to global clients. In This Position, You Will: Provide legal support for acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures. Advise private equity funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients on complex transactions. Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint venture agreements. Manage and support deal structuring, due diligence, and post-transaction integration. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless client service. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience and Expertise 3+ years of private equity and M&A transactional experience. Strong understanding of acquisition structures, joint ventures, and financial modeling. Prior experience working with private equity sponsors, independent funds, and institutional clients. Educational Credentials Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar. Core Competencies Legal Acumen: Exceptional drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
