Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with our operations and integration teams to provide full-scale solutions for our clients. This role also involves a sales component, focusing on Division 28 low voltage work. We have a list of new and upcoming jobs for which this person will create bids and proposals to secure new projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead electronic security projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with operations and integration teams to design and implement comprehensive security solutions. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate. Sales Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Division 28 low voltage market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electronic security or low voltage systems. Strong knowledge of Division 28 low voltage work. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP certification is a plus.
