You're as comfortable leading teams and driving client conversations as you are configuring Oracle solutions. Our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The Work: Implement complex Oracle HCM solutions for our global clients that transform, simplify, and drive better insights into their HR functions. Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle across the HCM suite including Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc. Lead workstream teams to design, configure, prototype, test, and deploy Oracle solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly. Work with program leadership and client stakeholders to create leading solutions powered by Oracle. Analyze technical and functional integration requirements. Guide testing cycles teams and perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. What You Need: A minimum of 7 years of Oracle HCM end-to-end implementation experience. A minimum of 3 years hands-on configuration experience in Absence Management or Time & Labor, including strong business process background. A minimum of 2 years experience in leading a team of consultants and clients who can drive business requirements, facilitate design meetings, support hands-on Oracle HCM configuration, and have the passion to teach and train their team. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree, 6 years of work experience). Bonus Points If: Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud. Previous experience in Consulting, working with clients on their complex business problems. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
