Monitors data traffic/network performance and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission. Troubleshoots and resolves problems. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Required Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Required Experience: Over 5 years of related voice engineering experience.
