Job Title: Senior Income Tax Associate Locations: Los Angeles, CA / Orange County, CA / San Francisco, CA Base Salary: $235,000-$255,000/year Job Overview: We're seeking an experienced Attorney with 6+ years of substantive tax experience (with emphasis on transactional tax) to join our Taxation, Trusts & Estates department. Responsibilities & Qualifications: Ideal candidates will bring experience leading tax components in M&A or real estate transactions, including managing junior associates or paralegals and maintaining strong client relationships. The role emphasizes pass-through entities and C-Corporation planning, including QSBS and irrevocable trust structuring, covering areas like M&A transactions, family office planning, real estate ventures, estate planning, internal restructurings, as well as litigation and employment disputes. Strong academic credentials, coupled with excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills, are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment while managing significant individual responsibilities.
