Job Title: Software Implementation Manager (ERP - Public Safety) Location: Baton Rouge, LA or Remote Position Type: Full-Time About Us: 365Labs is a leading provider of ERP solutions tailored for public safety agencies. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Implementation Manager to lead ERP system deployments for public safety clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and configuration of our ERP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of public safety operations, project management best practices, and ERP software. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team and clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify and document gaps between client needs and existing software functionality. Work closely with the development team to relay requirements and oversee the creation of necessary features and integrations. Partner with Business Analysts to configure and customize ERP software to meet client specifications. Develop and manage implementation project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation process. Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and public safety stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Act as a solution architect to identify needs, map processes, evaluate alternative business solutions, manage integrations, and data conversions. Manage client expectations and project stakeholders; continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Support pre-sales processes and work with sales and account management professionals to win new business by working on proposal review and development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ERP software implementation, with a focus on public safety clients. Strong understanding of public safety operations and workflows. Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery. Excellent problem-solving and gap analysis skills. Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus. Familiarity with public safety technologies and compliance standards. Demonstrated capability to quickly learn and adapt. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Travel Requirements: Approximately 20% or as needed. Relocation: Not required, but assistance may be provided if the candidate desires to relocate.
