All Jobs > MH-60R/S Aviation Electronic Technician Subject Matter Expert Sanford, FL Full-time Description: Solers Research Group (SolersRG) seeks an MH-60R/S Aviation Electronic Technician (AT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Courseware Developer. The MH-60R/S AT SME reviews, revises, maintains, and develops maintenance courseware, syllabus, and training materials for MH-60R/S aircraft systems, including maintenance tasks and duties on aircraft systems. This position includes working with the customer and teammates to provide expertise, guidance, and direct support in analyzing operational and training architectures and systems, training, and readiness (T&R). Duties and Responsibilities: Review, revise, maintain, and develop maintenance courseware, syllabus, and training materials for MH-60R/S aircraft systems, including maintenance tasks and duties on aircraft systems. Produce design documents, scenarios, guided demonstrations, graphics requests, and student and instructor materials. Review and ensure quality, technical correctness, and instructional soundness of draft and final interactive multimedia lessons. Work as a team member and attend working group meetings and conferences as required. Participate in all phases of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model of courseware development. Understand and articulate project scope and vision to align with client and contract requirements. Ensure work performance meets deadlines and milestones. Interact daily with active-duty MH-60R/S SMEs and Government SMEs. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required and as directed by the Project Manager. Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree in science or arts in aviation or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. Experience: At least 4 years of experience. Must have a minimum of two years experience in the maintenance of the MH-60R/S within the last seven years or have a minimum of two years experience working on revision and maintenance of the MH-60R/S training program within the last five years. Qualification as an MH-60R/S Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) is preferred. Required Knowledge/Skills: Must know MH-60R/S maintenance procedures and processes and understand the platform's security classification and mission sensitivity issues. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, flexible in work assignments, work with little to no supervision, and enthusiastic. Superior time management, organizational, and personnel management skills. Ability to travel as required by work assignment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additional Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Pass an I-9 check and a background check. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Work from a schedule, track progress, and report on status. Work well as a virtual employee and be a self-starter. Work well with virtual teams, internal and external to the company. Travel approximately for 1 or 2 weeks (potentially greater) during the performance period if conditions allow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
