Database Design Manager

Location Oakbrook, IL Reports to Vice President, Technical Services Responsibilities The Database Design Manager will work as part of a collaborative team to build our Databricks infrastructure with major responsibility to keep the team on budget and schedule during the build-out. This role will have significant impact as Darwill modernizes its data platform to a best-in-breed solution. Deep technical expertise in relational database design and administration. Attention to detail is essential for ensuring that the database design is accurate and complete. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Information Management, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field. Project Management Professional certification, graduate certificate in project management, or equivalent. 3+ years of experience working with relational database management systems. 3+ years of experience with dimensional data modeling, schema design. Demonstrable familiarity with Databricks Feature Store development. Demonstrable familiarity with Databricks ELT pipeline development. Demonstrable ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps, and inconsistencies. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Direct Marketing/Measurement company.
