CNC Programmer machinist

Mack Co., Inc900 W Eighth St.Azusa, CA 91702626-969-1817 Overview: We are seeking a CNC Programmer who will be responsible for programming and running CNC Mills & Lathes (G-Code) to produce parts according to customer specifications, designing and manufacturing dies as well as repairing broken dies. The ideal candidate has machine shop experience and a passion for precision and accuracy. Responsibilities: Program, set up and operate CNC Mills & Lathes to produce high precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters to ensure efficient production. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and update software and hardware as needed. Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them to customer requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: Ability to read manufacturing blueprints. Program / set up / run Lathes & Mills (G-code). Familiar with Fusion 360 and Esprit. Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, pins, CMM). Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Job boss2. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Programming/running EDM a plus.
