Technology Lead - SOA and Automation

Role: Technology Lead - SOA with Automation Duration: Full Time / Permanent Location: El Segundo, CA Qualifications Basic: • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred: • At least 3 years of experience in full test life cycle covering test strategy, test planning, test case creation, test execution, defect management, and reporting.• At least 2 years of experience in testing SOA and Web services applications with proficiency in SOAP, REST with tools like SOAPUI.• At least 1 year of experience in working with Oracle or DB2 databases with proficiency in SQL.• At least 1 year of experience in design and development of test automation using Java / JavaScript.• At least 2 years of experience in automation tools - Selenium or CALisa, or JMeter.• At least 2 years of experience in Performance and Integration testing validating end-to-end scenarios.• At least 2 years of experience in Stubbing and Service virtualization.• At least 2 years of experience in defect management and bug tracking systems managing the entire defect lifecycle.• At least 1 year of experience with bug tracking systems like JIRA or Bugzilla is preferred.• At least 1 year of experience in one of the Operating systems such as Linux or Windows.• At least 1 year of experience in Web/Application servers such as WebLogic, JBoss, or Tomcat.• At least 2 years of experience in the software development life cycle.• At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.• At least 1 year of experience and ability to drive an independent project/module from an execution standpoint.• Good communication and analytical skills.• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and client interfacing skills.
