Responsibilities: Implement and maintain network infrastructure for clients, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Manage and support Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Oversee Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security. Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory environments, including user and group management, Group Policy, and domain controllers. Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Provide high-level technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct regular system and network maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures. Prepare reports on network performance and incidents for management and clients. Required Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a network/system administration role within a managed services environment. Proven experience with Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory. Strong background in route-switch networking. Proficiency in managing and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly desirable.
