Wilmington, DE All On-site Starts 2/28/2024 Job Title: Java Developer (Hybrid) Job ID: 24-13646 Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 6 Months Job Vacancies: 2 Note: Only W2 (No Corp-to-Corp) Job Responsibilities: Proficient in Cloud Services development skills as well as multiple design techniques Working proficiency in Ab Initio development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Working proficiency in software engineering disciplines including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software Additional Skills: Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 4+ years of applied experience Hands-on experience designing and developing applications based on domain driven design with clearly defined service boundaries & contracts that support multiple versions with backward compatibility Advanced in one or more programming languages - Python, Java, Spring Framework Practical AWS cloud experience Demonstrated proficiency in development tools and frameworks - GIT, JaCoCo, Hibernate, Apache Maven, Jenkins Proficiency with mocking frameworks in JUnit testing - JMockit, Mockito, etc. Practical knowledge of application tools - Sidecar, Circuit breaker, traffic shifting, Ingress, Egress, etc. Hands-on implementation knowledge of managing asynchronous communication using Kafka Good understanding of relational database management system (RDBMS) databases Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Familiarity with Design Patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms Hands-on experience with Application Programming Interface Tools- S3, ECS, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cucumber In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems Please apply on our company website ( with reference to job ID, or contact me at / 973 604 7572 About Artech Information Systems LLC Artech is a full-service staff augmentation firm dedicated to providing mission critical human capital solutions.
