A Computer Specialist must be able to provide first level desk-side and phone support to users in desktop, laptop, wide area network, wireless and enterprise application support. Serves as an initial point of contact for Help Desk staff and referred work tickets. Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills. Education: Relevant Associates Degree from an accredited college or university, or a satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
