Senior Software Engineer

Our client is an energy company. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Resolve challenging problems with algorithms and machine learning models Evolve the digital twin models for sensors Combine digital twin models into a modern CI/CD framework Utilize containers for cloud, on-prem, and edge devices Monitor unit tests with high code coverage Produce and maintain technical documentation Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements Assist code reviews and ensure the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and reliable Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field 7+ years of software development experience Experience developing and deploying production software Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices Experience leading technical teams preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Knowledge of SQL and non-SQL database design, Kubernetes, and DevOps preferred Knowledge of astrodynamics or space domain awareness concepts preferred Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure required Proficient in Python, Java, C/C++, C#, Rust required Job ID # 15291 #J-18808-Ljbffr
