Field Desktop Support Tech - Bilingual in English and Korean Role: Full Time Location: Orange County, CA Onsite/In-person Responsibilities: Desktop support experience - troubleshooting, configuration, software installation Experience with ticketing system Review onboarding requests, review tickets and document issues Adept at M365, Windows, Active Directory, ticketing systems Provide troubleshooting and support to end users on a variety of issues - incidents and problems Provide technical assistance to the customer (Examples):- Password reset- Account information- Case number information- Adobe Reader issues- Browser issues- Technical computer issues- Internet connectivity Set up equipment for employee use Image computers using a variety of methods Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment within the office premises Strong networking skills - IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access point Experience: 2-5 years of experience in software, hardware, and network Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7, 8, and 10 along with Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365, M365 Experience with Windows, M365, PC, and Printer configuration Strong customer service skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Strong communication skills and client interfacing skills Enthusiastic and willing to take initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
