The successful candidate will play a critical role in thei r design team, focusing on developing and optimizing advanced digital and custom design solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of DRAM and semiconductor technology, along with a proven ability to lead and innovate in digital design. Focus: Lead the development of complex digital and custom design projects using standard cell logic gates and custom design tools. Oversee ASIC-like design processes, utilizing software to synthesize complex logic functions and optimize circuit performance. Lead the verification process, using simulation tools to ensure the functionality, reliability, and quality of designs. Guide the implementation of physical layouts using place and route software, ensuring efficient, high-performance, and manufacturable designs. Implement Design for Test (DFT) strategies to enhance testability and reliability of digital designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and leadership to junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to data security protocols. Skill Set: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. 10+ years of experience in digital design, ASIC design, or semiconductor technology, with a strong background in DRAM or related technologies. Mastery of custom design tools, standard cell logic gates, and ASIC design methodologies. Expertise in DRAM technology is a significant advantage. In-depth knowledge of verification processes and physical design implementation, including place and route techniques. Proven ability to lead design projects, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex design and integration challenges. Strong understanding of data security requirements and best practices within an R&D environment. .
