Position Overview The Desktop Support Technician will perform all aspects of support related to the daily computing needs of MathWorks staff. Responsibilities Understand and handle all Technical Support aspects related to MathWorks customers' daily Installation and Licensing requests. Design, develop, and test sophisticated data warehouse software. Plan and implement security measures. Support the planning and execution of multiple product release programs for MathWorks' sophisticated software products. Implement user-centered design in MathWorks software products. Provide technical and subject matter expertise to clients to create awareness of MathWorks solutions.
