The Opportunity Great opportunity to join our high-performing internal recruitment team. This is a fast-paced role with lots of variety in a professional work environment. The Role The role of Recruitment Administrator helps recruit talent for our growing business. Our high-performing internal recruitment team manages the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles. We have developed our highly effective "˜A-player recruitment method' that we utilise to source, evaluate, attract and select the top 10% talent for each role. This is a structured process focused on high-quality outcomes with strong use of technology. Key Responsibilities: Source - manage job advertising, find and engage talent using digital tools Evaluate - screen and assess candidates, assist with interviews & reference checks Hire - prepare job offers, coordinate onboarding, and liaise with new hire to start Process - manage workflows in Talent system using "˜A-player recruitment method' Experience - deliver exceptional candidate experience ("˜recruitment concierge') The company places great emphasis on putting the "˜right people in the right seats' and invests strongly to enable our recruitment team to be the best at what they do. Our recruitment team works closely day-to-day with our hiring managers (leadership team and senior managers). About You You will be looking for the opportunity to build a successful career using your strong organisational skills and work ethic. The type of character we're looking for will be organised, diligent, with high attention to detail. You like working at a fast pace, taking responsibility, and working hard to deliver the goal. You like using the process to achieve the target outcome and using facts and data to make decisions (not "˜feels'). You have an intensity, a drive to get the job done, and will persist and try different ways to solve a problem until you nail it. You are comfortable talking to lots of different people to find the "˜right person' for the role you're looking for. No specific prior experience is required, we will provide detailed training as part of your onboarding. This could be a great new career direction for a high-performing office administrator or coordinator who is process-driven, likes interacting with people every day, and doesn't mind saying "˜no' politely (as you'll be screening a lot of candidates).
