The ideal candidate will ensure seamless, luxurious, and efficient travel experiences while managing a private jet, crew, and global travel itineraries. This role requires impeccable discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Private Jet and Crew Management: Coordinate and oversee the operations of the family's private jet, ensuring optimal scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with aviation regulations. Liaise with the aircraft's crew, including pilots and cabin attendants, to ensure availability, readiness, and adherence to the family's preferences. Oversee budgets and expenditures related to the aircraft, ensuring cost-efficiency and high standards of service. Travel Planning and Logistics: Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities. Create detailed travel itineraries, including contingency plans, for the family and staff as needed. Stay updated on travel restrictions, visa requirements, and geopolitical considerations that may affect plans. Vendor and Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with high-end travel agencies, hotels, charter services, and luxury concierge providers to ensure VIP service. Negotiate rates and secure premium arrangements in line with the family's preferences and standards. Provide 24/7 availability for troubleshooting travel disruptions and last-minute changes. Accompany the family during travel, when required, to ensure smooth execution of plans and provide real-time support. Budgeting and Reporting: Manage travel-related budgets, providing detailed reports and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Track and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Knowledge: Familiarity with FAA regulations, international travel requirements, and luxury hospitality standards.
