Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for driving the execution of external and internal talent acquisition for all positions within the assigned footprint. In partnership with HR and Business Leadership, this position will develop an understanding of the area's workforce planning needs and build talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent for all positions in division management and below. This position will manage the recruitment life-cycle for all external and internal hires and drive talent pipelines to support today's business objectives and future business goals with the commitment to providing a diverse slate of candidates for all salaried positions. This position may be assigned additional talent project initiatives or provide support enterprise-wide as needed. What You'll Do: Perform full lifecycle recruitment to include sourcing strategy development, screening, interviewing, and collaboration with HR and the Hiring Manager through offer completion. Develop individualized sourcing strategies for the markets supported and execute appropriately. Execute recruitment plans in order to achieve talent acquisition metrics. Use strategic planning information to implement innovative, division-specific talent acquisition plans. Acquire industry knowledge and competitive market data to drive potential changes. Assess community demographics and create a candidate pipeline that meets diversity hiring initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the field and division to meet talent acquisition objectives. Ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company priorities. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience. Six (6) plus years of relevant experience is desired. Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar role within a multi-location environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive talent acquisition recommendations. Commitment and desire to build business acumen and engage the business. Inspired to collaborate and support the team and TA colleagues enterprise-wide. Proficiency in navigating high-volume requisitions and managing competing priorities. Process-oriented with experience utilizing applicant tracking systems.
