Creative Project Manager (Human Resources) Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to support their HR department! The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to independently drive projects to successful completion. This role will be mostly remote, but requires onsite presence as needed in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple HR projects and programs, including design, execution, and refinement for efficiency and value. Serve as the primary project lead, writer, and editor for key HR initiatives and monitor progress with appropriate adjustments. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and track milestones for the organization's programs. Coordinate administrative aspects, including tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and maintaining departmental reports. Build relationships with internal and external clients and assist in the creation of presentations for HR-related functions. Project Manager Qualifications Must have graphic design or related creative experience. Associate's degree or higher and 5 years of project management experience. Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Prior experience with HR, M&A, and/or healthcare industry a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives and teams. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and HRIS systems (Workday or similar). Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $51/hr. (DOE) #J-18808-Ljbffr
