Senior Art Director

smartdept. inc. is searching for a Senior Art Director for a Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably at an agency. This is a fully remote, full-time, direct-hire opportunity. What You'll Do: Art direct independently, as well as in teams with copywriters, other art directors, graphic designers and producers on print, TV, OOH, traditional and non-traditional platforms Develop high-quality, strategy-compatible direction for assigned projects Participate in design of strategy when needed Deliver presentations to team, clients, and/or creative directors and account leads as needed Maintain and monitor budgets and timeframes in conjunction with production personnel What You'll Need: A minimum of an associate degree in advertising, communications, design, or visual arts. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. 5+ years of related work experience Proficiency in several media and ability to press check required Extensive working knowledge of Mac-based apps, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, MS Word, and others Knowledge of industry-leading video editing software and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc) is a plus Having an understanding, passion for, and desire to continually learn about Black culture is ahuge plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
