Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) at UCSF Medical Center Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years' experience as a recruiter or a combination of formal recruitment and healthcare management in a similar environment A proven track record in screening, interviewing, selecting and placing candidates, working closely with hiring managers Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing using a multitude of recruitment mediums from passive sourcing to attending job fairs Metrics and results-proven track record of success Experience in various types of recruiting techniques and media outreach Demonstrated advanced understanding and application of the following principles and practices: Recruitment/placement laws and practices Compensation practices Benefit laws and practices Ability to quickly acquire strong knowledge of the firm's recruiting policy, procedures and databases Event planning skills Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients and proven ability to work with people of all levels, be flexible and a team player Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, ability to proactively and effectively handle multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to understand and be understood clearly in English, with a high degree of ability to write clearly and articulately in English PHR/SPHR Certified HR Professional Responsibilities Develop and cultivate client relationships Act as a consultant to managers to ensure the recruitment needs of the organization are met Collaborate closely with the hiring manager to understand candidate screening preferences Interpret and apply policies and procedures related to staffing Provide overall analysis, planning, recruitment in line with achieving the Recruitment Score Card Develop and implement strategies to establish good working relationships within the organization Identify and present qualified candidates for professional level positions Exercise considerable judgment and discretion to determine appropriate action Work with senior internal and external contacts Salary Range $80K -- $100K Company Information UCSF Health is an integrated health care network encompassing several entities, including UCSF Medical Center, one of the nation's top 10 hospitals according to U.S. News & World Report... #J-18808-Ljbffr
