Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Responsibilities include: Preparation and prosecution of US patents Strategic portfolio counseling Patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability) Possible PTAB and licensing work Depending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents. This is an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm with comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would be valued.
