Head of Investment and Asset Management (48343-5) Objectives of this role: • Collaborate with SVP, Operation and President in setting and driving organizational and divisional vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.• Oversee Division operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.• Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary.Responsibilities: • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with SVP Operation and President.• Oversee divisional operations, and partner with President in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.• Manage shareholder capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves its targets for growth and profitability.• Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders.• Participate in research activities such as analyzing economic trends, industry developments, and company performance.Requirements & Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience with Commercial and Multi-Family assets.• 8+ years of experience in institutional real estate management.• Proven track record of success in Real Estate investment.• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.• Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, preferably in an executive level or similar role.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders.• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.• Financial (GAAP) Management knowledge.• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.• Executive level communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
