Senior Tax Manager

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe Advisors in our Newport Beach, CA office as a Senior Tax Manager. This individual will work with Wealth Advisors nationwide and will be dedicated to supporting advisors with complex tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals including small business owners and their families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tax planning education, completing tax strategy analysis, and implementing tax planning campaigns for the firm. Responsibilities Create and provide tax planning training Answer advisor and client tax questions Manage and help build tax planning software Be a resource for advisors and prospects Review and monitor our tax deliverables Create and monitor tax planning compliance requirements. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant Four-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Economics is preferred) Professional Financial Designation (CFP or CFA designations preferred) At least five years of industry experience Experience with qualified plans preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner Ability to work with a team, yet be a self-starter Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Key attributes of the successful candidate include excellent communication (written and verbal), organization and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
