Server

Must have open availability and able to work Holidays and Weekends.  Servers will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of guest satisfaction and overall service.  Responsible for understanding and describing the menu to guests, and are able to provide food and drink pairing recommendations with a positive and approachable attitude.  Responsible for completing pre-service and post-service duties with team members including, but not limited to preparing the dining room for service and having seamless communication with both FOH and BOH staff to ensure a successful service Must be able to accurately enter orders into POS in a timely manner, and ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out before serving to guests Clean and stock service stations, polish silverware/glassware as needed  Assist other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management. Qualified servers must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a great attitude, as well as: Have least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity Have strong communication skills Thrive in a fast paced environment, and be able to problem solve under pressure Be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant Be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 20lbs Have previous wine knowledge Must be Clean Shaven.
