Manage high-profile customer accounts and prepare discrepancy reports when needed. Use problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Set up new customer accounts through accurate and efficient data entry. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. What We're Looking For: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least 5 years in a customer service role. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, upbeat demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and JD Edwards software. Excellent typing skills, including familiarity with 9-key entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
