Operations Clerk

Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an **Operations Clerk in San Francisco, CA.** Pay: $36/hr Location: San Francisco, CA Shift: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p, 830a-530p or 9a-6p (hybrid - 1 day in office) **We're looking for an experienced Operations Clerk to join our client's organization.** **Responsibilities for this Operations Clerk include but are not limited to:** · This role will provide local support for Catering Golden Market orders and support the ordering and delivery experience for our clients · Will provide o a concierge order experience o merchant order management and rapid mx acquisition o in person delivery support. · This role will be responsible for the execution and success of our highest priority orders. · Will support our corporate catering clients and their order needs to ensure we hit our quarterly GOV goals · Coordinate orders with clients o Build catering orders for external approval o Place orders and support order adjustments Merchant order management and rapid acquisition o Coordinate orders with merchants that fall outside the scope of our existing product o Work with mx to ensure orders meet client's needs o Enable catering orders from merchants not previously onboarded into our LO program Delivery Support · Provide support above and beyond the scope of customers · Support training and onboarding new associates into our catering program Experience required for this **Operations Clerk** position include: · **Client facing experience in a restaurant, catering, or account management** · Ability to solve problems on the fly and get a desired outcome · Strong work ethic and flexible · Strong communication skills · Detail oriented with an eye for design As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
