Job DescriptionAs a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement efforts, ensuring compliance and retention through effective communication. Your role will involve answering inbound calls and text messages, assisting customers to stay compliant, and proactively reaching out via outbound calls, texts, and emails to support retention initiatives. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a friendly and supportive team. As a temp-to-hire position, we are looking for dedicated individuals with the potential to transition into permanent roles, contributing to our long-term success.
