Seeking a Dedicated and Eager Customer Service Representative in Johnston!! Job Description The Customer Service Representative's main function is to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customers' inquiries via the phone are answered appropriately and timely. Responsibilities that are an outcome of this service may include processing payments made by phone, updating and maintaining customer accounts, and providing appropriate information to vendors. Responsibilities + Provide customer service via the telephone. + Proactively contact customers via phone or email to solicit and enroll customers into direct debit and email invoicing. + Build and maintain relationships with vendors and/or lessees. + Maintain direct debit ACH accounts and process maintenance journal requests. + Answer incoming customer calls and process address changes. + Process requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests. + Perform account audits and reconciliation. + Process insurance cancellation requests and payments by phone. + Adjust grace periods, add purchase order numbers, and adjust due dates. + Process outside vendor requests. + Complete credit reference requests and process lease assignment requests. + Process tax requests, as appropriate. Essential Skills + High School Diploma, some college preferred. + 0-2 years of customer service experience. + Some experience within a telephone call center. + Experience within the financial services industry preferred. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions. + Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred. + Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Technical/Functional skills and knowledge. Work Environment Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM during the initial training period. Start time can change to 9:30 AM or 10:00 AM after training. Location: Candidates located within 50 miles of the Wayne, PA or Des Moines, IA office must adhere to the hybrid requirements - in-office 8x/month (2 of these 8 days must be Monday or Friday). Candidates not located within 50 miles of the PA or IA office are able to work remotely. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
